    3D vapor chambers (Short as 3D VC)  are a type of heat-dissipation device commonly used in high-performance electronic devices. They provide efficient heat dissipation and uniform temperature distribution, which are crucial for maintaining the performance and stability of these devices.

    The principle of a 3D VC is based on the phase change of a working fluid. The fluid, usually a volatile liquid, is sealed within the chamber and absorbs heat when it evaporates. The vapor then rises to the top of the chamber where it condenses and releases the heat. The condensed liquid flows back to the bottom of the chamber and repeats the process.

    3D VC offer several advantages over traditional heat sinks and fans.
