Jade Hi-Contact cold plates ensure minimum thermal resistance between the device and the cold plate by placing the coolant tube in direct contact with the device base plate. 

Reduces the number of thermal interfaces between device and fluid and increasing performance. 

Unlike competitors that use a “dry joint” leaving tiny air gaps between the base plate and tube, jade Hi-Contact designs use a patented mechanical attachment along with a thin layer of  thermal epoxy to ensure the best possible thermal performance.
